Spicy Bacon Chicken Wraps
1/4 cup
Mayo
1/4 cup
Sour Cream
2 tablespoons
Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar

Romaine lettuce, cut into 1/4" strips

Flour tortillas*
2 strips
Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup
Red onion, julienned
1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
- To make the spicy mayo sauce, add mayo, sour cream, hot sauce and apple cider vinegar to a small bowl and mix to combine.
- Season thighs with salt and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Save some of the spicy mayo sauce for drizzling on the wrap once assembled and with the rest, toss in with the thighs, making sure they are well coated, and allow to marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat your grill pan to high heat and grill the marinated chicken for about 10-12 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature of the thigh reaches 165°F.
- Remove from grill pan and place on a cutting board to rest for 3-5 minutes.
- Slice into strips and assemble the wrap.
- Place a tortilla on the pan and add spicy mayo and/or hot sauce to tortilla, top with shredded lettuce, chicken strips, chopped bacon, shredded cheese and onion slices.
