Roasted BLT Chicken Salad

Bibb lettuce leaves, torn
1 cup
Grape tomatoes, halved
6 strips
Cooked bacon, cut into 1" pieces
3/4 cup
Freshly toasted croutons
1/2 cup
Buttermilk dressing
  1. To make the dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt.
  2. To make the salad: In a large bowl, combine pulled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and croutons. Pour dressing around the inside perimeter of the bowl and toss to evenly coat all ingredients with thedressing. Divide salad among plates and serve immediately.
