Lemon Pepper Honey Chicken

1.5 lbs
Lemon pepper rub or seasoning mix
Garlic rub or garlic powder
Honey BBQ seasoning or rub
6 tablespoons
butter, melted
2 tablespoon
lemon juice
Lemon Honey Butter Glaze
Lemon wedges
  1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees F with an indirect heat zone.
  2. Season chicken with lemon pepper, garlic and honey rubs.
  3. Cook over indirect heat for about 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken in a pan of butter, seasoning mix and lemon juice, cover with foil and put back on the grill for about 40 minutes.
  5. Make the lemon honey butter glaze and spoon it over each piece of chicken; set chicken back on the grill for about 5 more minutes to set the glaze.
  6. Finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the chicken pieces before serving.
  7. Great served with a baked potato and your favorite grilled veggies.
