Lemon Pepper Honey Chicken
1.5 lbs
Lemon pepper rub or seasoning mix
Garlic rub or garlic powder
Honey BBQ seasoning or rub

Lemon Honey Butter Glaze
Lemon wedges
- Preheat grill to 350 degrees F with an indirect heat zone.
- Season chicken with lemon pepper, garlic and honey rubs.
- Cook over indirect heat for about 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a pan of butter, seasoning mix and lemon juice, cover with foil and put back on the grill for about 40 minutes.
- Make the lemon honey butter glaze and spoon it over each piece of chicken; set chicken back on the grill for about 5 more minutes to set the glaze.
- Finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the chicken pieces before serving.
- Great served with a baked potato and your favorite grilled veggies.
