Honey Garlic Chicken Fingers

1 bag
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Breaded Breast Strips
3 cloves
Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons
Honey
2 tablespoons
Tamari or soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon
Sweet chili sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sriracha (or to taste-can be omitted if desired)
1 tablespoon
Cornstarch
Chopped parsley & toasted sesame seeds for garnish
  1. Cook breaded breast strips according to package directions.
  2. While chicken is cooking, mix all other ingredients except for the parsley & toasted sesame seeds in a small saucepan, & heat over medium heat until slightly thickened (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. Toss the heated breaded breast strips in the honey garlic sauce, & sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds & chopped parsley if desired.
