Greek Chicken Flatbread

Pre-made flatbread (or substitute a pizza crust)
1 jar
Pizza sauce
1/4 cup
Pepperoncini slices

Cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
1/2
Green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4
Red onion, thinly sliced
10
Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 bag
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Fresh Grilled Breast Strips
1/4 cup
Feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh oregano leaves, chopped for garnish
- Heat oven to 400°F. (If using a pizza stone, place in oven prior to preheating).
- Spread your desired amount of pizza sauce over the flatbread.
- Place the pepperoncini slices, cherry tomatoes, green pepper slices, red onion slices, and Kalamata olives evenly over sauced flatbread. (Add or subtract quantities to your personal taste).
- Distribute slices of chicken evenly over toppings, and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over all of the flatbread.
- Place flatbread directly on pizza stone if using or on a baking sheet and place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until all toppings are heated through.
- Garnish with fresh oregano and serve.
