Garlic Parmesan Roasted Drumsticks
2 lbs
Springer Mountain Farms Chicken Drumsticks
Kosher salt
Black Pepper, ground
Garlic Powder
Paprika
1/4 cup
Butter, melted
3 cloves
Garlic, minced
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lightly season drumsticks on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Place seasoned drumsticks on a greased baking sheet and place in oven.
- Roast for 15 minutes, turn drumsticks over, and continue baking for approximately another 15 minutes or until internal temperature of drumsticks reaches 165°F.
- While chicken is cooking, melt butter in a small pan.
- Add garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl.
- Place cooked chicken drumsticks in garlic butter and toss to coat.
- Add in grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat evenly with cheese.
