Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon
Ginger

Gluten Free soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder

Sea salt

Black pepper
1/4 cup
Honey
1 1/2 tablespoons
Garlic chili oil
lime juice (optional)
Parsley for color (optional)
- Create a ring out of foil to place at the bottom of your slow cooker. (This will allow the chicken to cook outside of the oil and fat that drops during the cooking process. You do this by just rolling 2 sheets of foil and then attaching them into a circle, and placing the ring inside the slow cooker.)
- Place the chicken on the foil ring in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours. (This will depend on the size of your chicken.)
- Make sure internal temperature of the chicken is at least 165°F with an instant read thermometer.
- For an extra crisp, brush the juice onto the chicken once its done cooking and broil for 3-5 mins.
