Chicken Avocado Burger

1 lb
Springer Mountain Farms Ground Chicken

garlic, minced cloves
1/2 cup
panko bread crumbs
1/2
pepper, minced* poblano
1
egg
2
fresh cilantro, chopped tablespoons
1/2
lime juice tablespoon
1/2
chipotle chili powder teaspoon
1/2
salt teaspoon
1/4
pepper  teaspoon
1/2
onion powder teaspoon
1
(ripe but firm for best results), pitted and diced avocado
Buns
Sriracha aioli
Lettuce
1
lemon juice tablespoon
2
garlic, minced cloves
1/2
kosher salt teaspoon
1 cup
prepared mayonnaise
2
sriracha sauce or to taste (less if you don't like spicy or more if you want to punch it up!) tablespoons
  1. Heat indoor grill pan or light outside grill.
  2. Add Springer Mountain Farms Ground Chicken, minced garlic, bread crumbs, minced pepper, egg, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, salt and pepper to a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Gently add in avocado chunks and shape into desired size patties.
  4. Grill 5-7 minutes on an indoor grill/pan or an outside grill at medium-high heat, or until the internal temperature of the burger reaches 165°F degrees.
  5. Serve with sriracha aioli on your favorite burger bun!
  6. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust seasonings and sriracha as necessary for desired taste.
