Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
3 strips
Bacon, chopped

Garlic, chopped

Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup
Fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Fresh spinach

Lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Milk
1 cup
Pasta
1 cup
Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Cook bacon in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add the slices of chicken breasts when the bacon is almost cooked and continue cooking until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Add vegetables, seasoning and lemon juice and mix well.
- Cook until the vegetables are softened.
- Add the mil and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until soft for about 10 minutes making sure to stir occasionally.
- Mix in the cheese, stirring until combined. (If you are a cheese lover, add more!)
