Bacon, cooked
8 oz
Brie cheese, rind cut off and sliced for topping

Leaves of Bibb lettuce
Candied jalapenos

Burger buns
1 jar
Unicoi Preserves Cherry Jalapeno Spread**
2 tablespoons
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar
- Preheat charcoal or gas grill to medium-high heat with a dual zone set up (direct heat and indirect heat).
- Cook burgers for approximately 3-5 minutes on the first side.
- Flip to second side and brush glaze over cooked side of burger, cooking for another 3-5 minutes or until internal temperature of the burgers reach 165°F.
- Flip and move the burgers to the indirect heat side of the grill, brush with additional glaze and lay pieces of brie on burgers to let it melt (about 2 minutes).
- To assemble burger, place Bibb lettuce on bottom bun, add cheesy glazed burger, top with bacon and candied jalapenos, if desired, and finish with the top piece of the bun.
- Add all ingredients to a small sauce pan and heat over medium heat until all sugar is dissolved and incorporated.
- Can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator until needed.
