Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Pre-Mixed Pizza Dough
4 oz
Cream Cheese (room temperature)
2 teaspoon
ranch seasoning
1 cup
½ cup
buffalo wing sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onion
Ranch dressing
  1. Make your dough and let rise per the package instructions.
  2. Once dough has risen, preheat your oven to 500°F degrees, or if using a specialty pizza oven, preheat to 650°F degrees.
  3. Spread the dough out in a 12” pie on a pan or peel that has been well covered in flour or corn meal.
  4. Microwave the cream cheese until its almost melted and very soft; stir in the ranch seasoning.
  5. Toss the shredded chicken in the buffalo wing sauce.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the pie dough and top with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Place the shredded chicken around the pie using all of it and top with more mozzarella cheese to your personal liking.
  8. Bake in the oven or pizza oven until the dough is golden brown and the cheese has melted (about 15-18 minutes).
  9. Make sure to spin the pizza a few times to evenly cook it.
  10. Remove from the oven and drizzle the ranch dressing lightly over the pizza and top with the green onions.
