Chicken Bites

1/2 cup
brown sugar
2 teaspoons
garlic powder
2 teaspoons
onion powder
2 teaspoons
paprika
1 teaspoon
chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon
ground black pepper
8 strips
bacon
olive oil
toothpicks
1/2 cup
whole grain mustard
1/4 cup
honey
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut chicken breast into 1-2 inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl add the brown sugar, spices, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat.
  5. Wrap the chicken in a ⅓ of a strip of bacon then stick toothpicks inside and put into your baking dish.
  6. Cook for 18-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and crispy and chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
  7. Mix mustard and honey together for a dipping sauce or serve with other dipping options like BBQ sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, ranch dressing, etc.
