Sandwich

3 slices
any type of loaf bread
1/3 cup
2 tablespoons
mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
honey mustard BBQ sauce
3 slices
mozzarella cheese
1
tomato slice
salt & pepper, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
1
toothpick or wooden skewer for securing sandwich slices
  1. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and stir well.
  2. Begin to layer your sandwich, by first placing sauce onto all 3 bread slices.
  3. Next, add about 2 tbsp of chicken breast onto the first layer of bread.
  4. Then add mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat this process with the 2nd slice of bread placed on top of the first.
  5. Stack your bread slices and place the 3rd slice with just sauce on top.
  6. Add your last piece of mozzarella cheese to this slice.
  7. Then add your tomato and seasonings.
  8. Place a toothpick through the center of the sandwich to keep it from blowing off in the air fryer.
  9. Air fry on 370 for 7-8 minutes until the top cheese is slightly crispy.
