Garlic Parmesan Chicken

1 1/2 tablespoons
14 Spices all-purpose seasoning
3/4 tablespoon
garlic pepper seasoning
3/4 tablespoon
paprika
1 teaspoon
salt (more or less to taste)
1 tablespoon
garlic olive oil (or regular olive oil)
pasta, cooked to package directions
- Pat chicken dry and lay on a cutting board.
- In a small bowl, combine the dry seasonings: all purpose seasoning, garlic pepper seasoning, paprika and salt.
- Add the olive oil until a paste is formed (add more olive oil if not pasty enough).
- Using a rubber glove or a spoon, coat both sides of the chicken with your seasoning.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 380°F for eight minutes.
- Flip pieces over and air fry for another 5 to 7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve chicken over pasta and topped with the garlic parmesan sauce.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 tablespoon
olive oil
2 tablespoons
minced onion
2 tablespoons
minced garlic
1 1/4 cup
heavy cream
1/2 cup
chicken broth
2 tablespoons
butter
1/2 tablespoon
parsley
1/2 tablespoon
garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon
lemon pepper
handful of fresh spinach
1 tablespoon
gluten free 1:1 flour or all-purpose flour
1/3 cup
parmesan cheese, grated
- While the chicken is cooking, place a large skillet on medium low heat.
- Pour the olive oil in the pan until heated.
- Then add the minced onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the heavy cream, chicken broth and butter.
- Allow the sauce to come to a low boil and just as it begins to slowly boil, add the parsley and garlic powder.
- Add lemon pepper followed by the chopped spinach, flour and parmesan cheese.
- Allow this to simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Once the sauce has reached the desired consistency, pour over the pasta or simply add the chicken back into the sauce.
Note: To create a cheesier dish, feel free to add more cheese.
