15 Minute Buffalo Chicken Salad

large head of romaine lettuce

ribs of celery

green onions
2 ounces
feta cheese, crumbled (or blue cheese if preferred)

avocado
2 tablespoons
buffalo sauce
Ranch dressing
Hot honey
  1. Place the nuggets in the air fryer and cook for approximately 10-11 minutes at 350°F.
  2. While the nuggets are warming, prepare the salad.
  3. Chop romaine lettuce into small, bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  4. Chop celery and green onions and spread over the romaine.
  5. Crumble the cheese over the top.
  6. Dice the avocado into chunks and add to the salad.
  7. Once chicken chunks are warmed through, place in a separate bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce (add more if you like them saucy).
  8. Top the salad with the buffalo chunks and drizzle the salad with your favorite ranch dressing and hot honey if you like added sweet heat.
