15 Minute Buffalo Chicken Salad

large head of romaine lettuce

ribs of celery
3-4
green onions
2 ounces
feta cheese, crumbled (or blue cheese if preferred)

avocado
2 tablespoons
buffalo sauce
Ranch dressing
Hot honey
- Place the nuggets in the air fryer and cook for approximately 10-11 minutes at 350°F.
- While the nuggets are warming, prepare the salad.
- Chop romaine lettuce into small, bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Chop celery and green onions and spread over the romaine.
- Crumble the cheese over the top.
- Dice the avocado into chunks and add to the salad.
- Once chicken chunks are warmed through, place in a separate bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce (add more if you like them saucy).
- Top the salad with the buffalo chunks and drizzle the salad with your favorite ranch dressing and hot honey if you like added sweet heat.
