Savory Butter Chicken Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs
1/2 cup
Panko bread crumbs
1
Large egg
3 tablespoons
Fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons
Curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 jar
Butter chicken sauce
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, panko, egg, parsley, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place meatballs onto the lined baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
- Place into oven and bake until lightly browned and the internal temperature reaches 165F, about 15 minutes.
- Place meatballs in a deep skillet and add butter chicken sauce.
- Toss to coat meatballs, and heat on medium-high, until hot and simmering.
