Air Fryer Hawaiian Chicken Thighs

3/4 cup
Pineapple juice
1/2 cup
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon
Honey
1 teaspoon
Chopped scallions, for garnish
- In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, and honey. Place thighs in a zip-top bag, and add marinade. Seal, and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade and place in air fryer basket. Cook for 14 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking time. Internal temperature of thighs should read 165°F.
- Garnish with chopped scallions. Enjoy!
