Ground Chicken Sesame Meatballs

1/4 cup
Coconut aminos
1/4 cup
Water
2 tablespoons
Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons
Rice wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoons
Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Chili garlic sauce
2 teaspoons
Sesame oil
1 clove
Garlic, grated
1/4 teaspoon
Ground ginger
1 teaspoon
Cornstarch combined with 2 teaspoon water to make a slurry
  1. Whisk in the cornstarch slurry until it thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the meatballs to the sauce and lightly toss until they are coated.
  3. Serve over steamed rice and/or steamed veggies with extra sauce spooned over everything!

Panko bread crumbs
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons
Coconut aminos

Garlic sauce such as sambal oelek chili
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic, ground
1 clove
Garlic, grated
1/4 cup
Sliced green onions
2 tablespoons
Cilantro, chopped
1 lb

  1. While the meatballs cook, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce except the cornstarch slurry in a saucepan, and whisk together bringing liquid to a boil.
  2. Whisk in the cornstarch slurry until it thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
    Add the meatballs to the sauce and lightly toss until they are coated.
    Serve over steamed rice and/or steamed veggies with extra sauce spooned over everything!
