Nashville Hot Chicken Dip
1 bag
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Gluten Free Breaded Breast Chunks, cooked according to package directions

8 oz packages cream cheese, softened x
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
3/4 cup
Buttermilk ranch dressing
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons
Hot sauce, divided
2 tablespoons
Honey, divided
1 1/2 teaspoons
Cayenne pepper (omit or use 1/2 teaspoon for less heat)
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Paprika
Sliced green onions & pickle slices, for garnish
Pretzel chips, crostini, French bread slices, and/or tortilla chips for dipping
- Cook chicken according to package directions, & chop into small pieces.
- Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl & heat for 1 minute.
- Stir cream cheese, add buttermilk ranch dressing & mozzarella cheese & heat for another minute.
- Stir mixture again until smooth; microwave an additional 30 seconds if needed.
- Whisk in 1/4 cup hot sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, garlic powder & paprika.
- Place cheese mixture into serving bowl, if desired, and top with chopped, cooked chicken. In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- Drizzle hot honey sauce over chicken, & garnish dish with chopped green onions and pickle slices.
- Serve with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, pretzel chips or sliced baguette.
