Greek Chicken Flatbread

Pre-made flatbread (or substitute a pizza crust)
1 jar
Pizza sauce
1/4 cup
Pepperoncini slices

Cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
1/2
Green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4
Red onion, thinly sliced
10
Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1 bag
Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked Fresh Grilled Breast Strips
1/4 cup
Feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh oregano leaves, chopped for garnish
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.  (If using a pizza stone, place in oven prior to preheating).
  2. Spread your desired amount of pizza sauce over the flatbread.
  3. Place the pepperoncini slices, cherry tomatoes, green pepper slices, red onion slices, and Kalamata olives evenly over sauced flatbread. (Add or subtract quantities to your personal taste).
  4. Distribute slices of chicken evenly over toppings, and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over all of the flatbread.
  5. Place flatbread directly on pizza stone if using or on a baking sheet and place in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until all toppings are heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve.
