BBQ Chicken Pizza
1 cup
Thawed, Springer Mountain Farms Fully Cooked, Grilled Breast Filets
Premade pizza crust
1 cup
BBQ sauce
2 1/2 cups
Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup
Red onions, finely julienned
1/4 cup
Fresh jalapenos, sliced into 1/8" rings
1 cup
Pineapple, diced
3 tablespoons
Red chili flakes (optional)
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place crust onto oven-safe pizza pan.
- Pour BBQ sauce onto center of crust and spread evenly across crust, leaving roughly 3/4" of crust bare.
- Spread mozzarella evenly over sauce.
- Top with onions, jalapeños, chicken and pineapple.
- Place pizza into over for 18-20 minutes.
- Garnish with red chili flakes and parmesan cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
