Grilled Buffalo Chicken Salad

1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
Onion powder
1/2 cup
Hot sauce*
5 oz container
Spring lettuce mix (or your preference of greens)
Blue cheese/ranch salad dressing
Grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
Colby jack cheese**, finely shredded
Croutons 
  1. Light grill to a medium high temperature.
  2. Lightly grease grill grates to prevent chicken from sticking to grate.
  3. Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and season both sides of chicken.
  4. Place on hot grill grates and cook for about 10 minutes on the first side before flipping, making sure there are nice grill marks on the breasts.
  5. Grill the second side until internal temperature is at 165°F.
  6. When the internal temperature has reached 165°F, brush all the breasts with hot sauce and cook for a few more minutes to set the buffalo sauce on the chicken.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes while the salad is prepared.
  8. Plate the lettuce and drizzle with dressing.
  9. Add tomatoes, cheese and croutons.
  10. Slice or dice chicken breasts and top the salad with the cut pieces of chicken to serve.
