Springer Mountain Farms proudly partners with several national restaurant chains, including the fast casual restaurant concept, BurgerFi. While the name implies that they specialize in burgers, there are some tasty chicken alternatives on the menu too, all proudly produced by Springer Mountain Farms. BurgerFi’s Chief Culinary Officer, Paul Griffin, realized they needed to fill the spicy chicken sandwich void, so he got to work developing their unique spin on the fried chicken sandwich called the Spicy Fi’ed Chicken Sandwich, which launched earlier this fall.
