4 SMF Boneless, Skinless Breasts 1 Large Pkg Pasta 1 Can Medium Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup 1 Large Block of Velveeta Cheese
Boil your chicken until done. Set aside to cool. Start boiling of noodles. Combine Rotel Tomatoes, Mushroom Soup, and 3/4 of block cheese, cubed, in large sauce pan on medium to low heat stirring constantly to keep from burning cheese. When mixture is melted pour over cooked, drained noodles. Chop your chicken breasts into cubes and stir into noodles and cheese mixture.
This meal goes great with a garlic bread. It is very rich & cheesy.
This recipe is a big hit with kids (big & small). My college roommate loved it and named it!! ENJOY!
