In a large skillet heat butter over medium-high heat and sauté garlic until just fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add chicken breasts and sear on both sides until brown, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium and add remaining ingredients and blend well, bring to a simmer. Place chicken breasts and any juices back in pan and coat with sauce, continue cooking for 5-7 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through (cut to test) and sauce is thickened.
