1 Tsp Garlic 1/2 lb Swiss Cheese, Chopped Fine Fresh Basil 1/4 Cup Olive Oil Salt & Pepper, as Desired
Cooking Instructions:
Pound chicken breasts into thin slices. Dip into egg and coat with flour. Mix swiss cheese, tomato, garlic and basil in bowl. Dollop tablespoon full of mixture into coated chicken breasts and roll up. Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with any remaining mixture.
