Canola Oil Small Can of Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 4 Tablespoons Corn Starch 1 Cup Water 2 Cups Cooked Rice
Cooking Instructions:
Brown chicken in canola oil and remove. Saute onions, green pepper and celery in remaining oil. Add tomato sauce, vinegar and soy sauce and simmer several minutes. Add potatoes and chicken with enough water to cover. Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes. While chicken mixture is cooking, prepare rice according to directions on package. When potatoes are done, add corn starch to 1 cup of water and mix. Add to pot stirring constantly until desired thickness.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve chicken and vegetables with sauce over cooked rice and enjoy.
