1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil 3 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar 3/4 Tablespoon of Splenda or 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sugar 1 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon of Dark Sesame Oil 3/4 Teaspoon of Grated Ginger Root 2 Packages Dry Mix from Ramen Noodle Packages
2 Cups SMF Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 1-6 Oz. Bag Baby Spinach Leaves 2 Packages of Ramen Noodles 1-11 Oz. Can Mandarin Oranges, Drained 1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts, Sliced 1/4 Cup Green Onions, Sliced Thin 1/4 Cup Toasted Slivered Almonds 1/4 to 1/2 Bag of Chow Mein Noodles
Dressing: Whisk all ingredients until combined, refrigerate covered for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Salad: Gently toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
