4 SMF Boneless Skinless Breast 1 (10 3/4 oz) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 Tablespoon Onion, Chopped 1 Tablespoon Parsley, Chopped
1 Package Cornbread Stuffing Mix 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted 1/3 Cup of Milk
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix together soup, milk, onion and parsley in a large bowl. In a separate bowl spread out stuffing mix; drizzle with melted butter. Dip chicken into soup mixture, then dredge in stuffing mix. Place in baking dish; cook in oven until done.
