1 Cup Snow Peas 2 Large Carrots, Sliced Diagonally 1 Can Water Chestnuts
Grill chicken over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side, or until done. Cut into strips and set aside. Heat chicken broth until it comes to a rolling boil. Add noodles. When noodles become soft, add the snow peas and carrots. Cook until they are done. Remove from heat and drain. Place noodles, snow peas, carrots, and water chestnuts on plate. Place grilled chicken over noodles and vegetables.
Drizzle with soy sauce to taste.
